You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the conditions outlined below.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide Information: Please provide your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the item.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send items back without an RMA number, as it may delay or prevent your refund.
- Package Your Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Tracking: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition and adherence to our return policy.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or a different product, please contact us at [email protected] to arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability and adherence to the return conditions mentioned above. The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damaged or Defective Items

We will provide instructions on how to return the item for a replacement or a full refund, including covering the return shipping costs for valid damaged/defective claims.
